Free Workshops from LWVMN

The League of Women Voters - Minnesota is hosting two, free workshops on June 11 for League members and community partners. We would love to see some of our members and friends take advantage of these opportunities. 

There are two workshops being held, one on event planning and the other a moderator training. Both topics will help our league members improve their skills to meet the goals of the League. 

We especially think the moderator training would be worthwhile to attend. League candidate forums only use moderators who have completed this training. Because of this, we have experienced a shortage of moderators for our candidate forums during busy electoral seasons. Attending this workshop would help ensure our league is prepared for this fall. Additionally, younger members may find this training to be a beneficial addition to your resume.

Registration

Pre-registration is required. A minimum of 12 LWV members participating is required a week before the workshop for the events to be held.
